Hide The Speakers, Not the Sound
Professionally designed and installed home theaters provide all of the entertainment without having to "live with" the equipment. Our AcoustiWeave™ screens are acoustically transparent – meaning you can hide the front speakers behind the screen for the ultimate cinematic experience. This technology offers up to 10% more acoustical transparency compared to competitive "perforated" designs.

No More Moiré
Many competitors feature "perforated" screens that use many small, punched holes for acoustical transparency. The problem with this approach is a side effect known as moiré – a wavy and rippled image distortion that results when projected light is reflected improperly. Our AcoustiWeaveTM II material features a precision weave that eliminates moiré, while maximizing audio transfer through the screen.

Gainfully Employed
All the acoustical transparency in the world would mean nothing without a bright, clear picture. That’s why our AcoustiWeave™ is made from finely woven, reflective fabric that delivers a highly-efficient gain of 1.3 (1.35 with provided black scrim). This gives you superb off-axis performance and the versatility to use it with many different projector types and room applications.

Rigid Aluminum, Velvet Covered Frame
Every fixed screen frame is hand-wrapped with VelTX™ black velvet, providing an elegant finish that absorbs any overscan for the perfect theater experience. The beveled 3-1/4 in. aviation grade aluminum frame is rigid, easy to assemble, and looks great too!

Screen Assembly Is a Snap
Your installer's valuable time is best spent tuning the room for the perfect performance – not assembling and installing the screen. That's why this Dragonfly™ screen has been engineered with SnaPerfect™ technology to provide quicker screen attachment to the frame and an always-tight, wrinkle-free surface for a lifetime of image perfection.

Set It Up, Lock It Down
Dragonfly™ fixed screens include our Set-n-Lock™ mounting system, which features pre-measured tethers connecting the single top and bottom installation bars. This ensures a fast and easy fixed screen wall mount with the ability to slide it for centering to the projector. And unlike the competition, our Set-n-Lock™ includes clips to secure the screen to the bottom rail, keeping it snug to the wall and safe from prying fingers.

Black Scrim Cloth Included
Along with the audio, acoustically transparent screens will allow some light through as well. Our AcoustiWeaveTM technology minimizes this effect, however sometimes bright surfaces behind the screen, such as speakers, will reflect this light leading to reduced contrast. Painting such surfaces a dark color is not always an option – that's why we include a black scrim with every screen. Not only will it improve contrast, but it is also acoustically transparent to not hinder audio performance. Use the whole cloth to hang behind the entire screen or cut it down to a small enough size to place over the speakers.
